Beechwood Cancer Care Centre

Beechwood Cancer Care Centre in Stockport offers support to those living with cancer and other life-limiting illness, as well as their relatives and carers.

The centre opened in 1990 and visitors can choose from a range of support, including: one to one counselling sessions, complementary therapies and group sessions with other patients/carers.

Paul Harrison has been a full board trustee since 2013 and also sits on the Marketing and Fundraising Sub-Committee.

As editor of the Stockport Express, Paul helped raise more than £250,000 for two extensions, including the Butterfly Family Centre.
